This state of the art facility at Qantas Jetbase supplies up to 11.7MW of electricity, 12.3MW of heating and 23MW of cooling. The integrated system includes Cogeneration TEDOM Engines providing heat and electricity from two x 4000kW CHP and two x 1500kW Tedom engines for a combined power output of 11.7MW. The system was run using a ComAp system to optimise hot exhaust and hot water driven absorption chiller outputs as well as electrical chillers to produce chilled water. The environmental performance, compliance and regulatory risks and costs were assessed as part of the due diligence.
